Viral Sensation: Scoopable Cookies

The Viral Scoopable Cookies Recipe You Need to Try

Have you heard about the latest dessert craze? It’s all about scoopable cookies, and I had to put my own spin on them! I’ve taken my favorite monster cookie recipe and adapted it to create the most decadent, gooey, and utterly irresistible scoopable cookies you’ll ever taste. The best part? You can bake them in the oven or the air fryer – both methods yield fantastic results. I personally love serving these warm, with a generous drizzle of peanut butter and a scoop of creamy vanilla ice cream.

And guess what? My little one gives these gooey delights a resounding ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ rating every single time I make them! That’s a definite win in my book, and I know your family will love them just as much.

Why This Scoopable Cookies Recipe is a Must-Try

  • Perfect Texture: Gooey and soft in the center, with a slightly crispy edge.
  • Ultimate Comfort Food: Imagine a spoonful of warm, delicious cookie dough – that’s exactly what these taste like!
  • Versatile Baking: Works perfectly in both your air fryer and your oven, giving you options for any situation.

How to Make the Best Scoopable Cookies: A Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Preheat and Prepare: Preheat your oven to 350ºF (175ºC). Line an 8-inch round cake pan with parchment paper or spray it with nonstick cooking spray. This prevents sticking and makes for easy cleanup. Air Fryer Option: For air fryer instructions, see the detailed recipe card below.
  2. Combine the Wet Ingredients: In a mixing bowl, combine the melted butter and brown sugar. Mix well until you have a smooth, lump-free mixture. Then, add the maple syrup, egg, peanut butter, and vanilla extract. Mix again until everything is thoroughly combined. The maple syrup adds a touch of sweetness and depth of flavor that complements the peanut butter perfectly.
  3. Incorporate the Dry Ingredients: Add the all-purpose flour, quick-cooking oats, baking soda, and salt to the wet ingredients. Mix until just combined – be careful not to overmix, as this can lead to tough cookies. Gently fold in the chocolate chips and M&M’s until they are evenly distributed throughout the dough. Feel free to experiment with different types of chocolate chips or other mix-ins like chopped nuts or dried fruit.
  4. Shape and Bake: Divide the cookie dough into 6 equal-sized balls. Transfer the dough balls to the prepared cake pan, spacing them evenly. Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 15 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the center is still slightly soft. The baking time may vary depending on your oven, so keep a close eye on them.
  5. Serve and Enjoy: Let the cookies cool slightly before scooping and serving warm. Top with your favorite ice cream, a drizzle of peanut butter, or any other toppings you desire. Enjoy!

Serving Suggestions for Scoopable Cookie Perfection

I absolutely adore serving these scoopable cookies fresh out of the oven, still warm and gooey. A simple drizzle of creamy peanut butter and a scoop of rich vanilla ice cream elevate this dessert to another level. Or, for a healthier twist, try it with my peanut butter nice cream. It’s the perfect dessert for any occasion, from casual weeknight treats to special celebrations.

How to Store Your Homemade Scoopable Cookies

To keep these cookies fresh, store them in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days. Make sure the cookies are completely cooled before storing them to prevent them from becoming soggy. If you want to maintain that delightful scoopable texture, I recommend reheating any leftover cookies in the oven or air fryer before serving. A few minutes will bring them back to their warm, gooey glory.
